Optimizely is a digital experimentation platform and had expanded their product suite exponentially in a short amount of time. In turn, the brand’s plans page was in need of some updating.
The previous flow faced a number of different pain points:
The way the cloud services and products were presented made it unclear which products fell under which cloud services.
There were too many secondary CTA’s leading to individual product landing pages, causing the user to be taken out of the main flow.
The company had collected some qualitative data, showing that users were hoping to get a pricing estimate before committing to setting up a call with a sales rep.
The solution:
Reorganize the visual hierarchy of cloud services and products on the main plans page.
Include informative product modals and remove secondary links to landing pages.
Introduce a quiz feature which, upon completion, would then email the user a rough pricing estimate based on their business needs.
